Not at all. Our workshops welcome participants of all levels. The Reflective Journaling Basics workshop is specifically designed for newcomers who want to develop a consistent writing practice.

We provide all materials including journals and pens. Just bring yourself and an open mind. You are welcome to bring your own journal if you prefer to use a familiar notebook.

Absolutely. Many participants find it enriching to attend with someone they know. Each person will need to register individually through our contact form.
